Responsibilities

Provide frontline support: hardware setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and user assistance
Travel to remote locations to support or install IT infrastructure (networking, phones, printers, cameras, etc.)
Handle Level 1 support requests and set up or replace computers and mobile devices
Perform account administration tasks (new users, password resets, deactivations)

Qualification

Required

Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and mobile device support (iPads/iPhones)
2-4 years of IT support experience or equivalent education
Strong communication skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently

Preferred

Interest in IT certifications or career growth in technical support is a plus
