The Client Operations Analyst role supports the Mutual Fund Transfer team by processing and reviewing transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer account information.

Responsibilities

Mutual Fund Transfer Processing: Review incoming mutual fund transfer forms for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation is in good order prior to release

Work Basket Management: Process a high-volume work basket, reviewing transfer documentation and releasing transfers for processing (approximately 100+ documents per day)

Transfer Requests & Follow-Ups: Fax and email transfer requests to fund companies, monitor in-process transfers, and perform required follow-ups

Client & Account Support: Handle sensitive customer account information within service center systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Operational Execution: Support daily manual processing workflows, including sending paperwork and managing transfers across varying account types
