The Architectural Designer - Project Lead will be responsible for leading drafting in Revit/AutoCAD for restaurant projects, managing architectural projects from design to construction, and ensuring the delivery of accurate construction drawings.
Responsibilities
The main production person for the project. You are the creator of the CDs. This is yours and our reputation
Organizing, tracking and implementing all relevant project information. Super organized
Communicate to ensure project teams are informed and up to date throughout the process. Super important
Help sustain project momentum, delivery dates, and performance targets
Creation, documentation, tracking, and organization of project information
Collecting and reviewing all project data to ensure we have everything needed to complete a project
Designing and presenting design options and layout
Creating, reviewing, and presenting CDs (Construction Drawings)
Coordinating with consultants (Civil, structural, MEP) to ensure the CDs are well coordinated
Qualification
Required
Must have experience putting together construction drawing sets for commercial finish-out projects located in the US
Must have Revit experience
5+ Years experience in using Revit/AutoCAD for commercial projects on the architectural side
Very organized to complete a highly accurate set of CDs
Experienced in working independently and remotely
Experienced in working with an internal and external project team
Preferred
