The primary responsibility of the Field Marketing Associate is to connect with residential homeowners and schedule appointments for design consultations, while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus.

Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

Required

Candidate must be able to work weekends
Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills

Self-motivated: You have excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
