Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp tax returns
Review staff-prepared work and provide feedback, training, and mentorship
Work directly with clients to gather information and answer questions
Maintain accurate workpapers and ensure compliance with tax laws and deadlines
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional tax preparation experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
Experience reviewing returns for accuracy and completeness
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; UltraTax experience a plus
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
