KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Director - Restructuring who will play a key role in business development and client delivery. The individual will partner with leadership to source and close new business opportunities while managing restructuring and turnaround engagements.

Responsibilities

Partner with office leadership on business development efforts, including client pitches, relationship management, and deal closing

Lead and manage client engagements across restructuring, turnaround, and performance improvement assignments

Build, from scratch, fully integrated 3-statement financial models and 13-week cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making

Provide strategic advice and operational support to clients navigating liquidity challenges, debt restructuring, or performance improvement initiatives

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, creditors, investors, and management teams to develop and implement restructuring solutions

Manage teams in delivering high-quality financial analyses, reports, and client deliverables

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while maintaining rigorous analytical standards and practical solutions

Required

Strong technical finance background with demonstrable

Proven track record of managing complex client engagements with senior-level visibility

Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

Preferred

Restructuring experience strongly preferred; candidates from investment banking, corporate M&A, transaction services, or deal advisory will be considered

Advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus
