Responsibilities
Managing the RTH Dropzone
Gatekeepers will be the main point of contact for checking that everything that was on the drop list has been dropped and accounted for
Gatekeepers will be the ones ordering and sending back additional product to and from the warehouse
Gatekeepers will be checking in with both the Kitchen and Assembly leads to ensure that they are set up and ready for success
Managing Protein Slacking Racks
Gatekeeper will own ordering all protein to the slacking area
Checking that the correct protein is pulled
Managing associates helping pull protein, Gatekeepers will do an extra check to ensure all bags are accounted for
Gatekeepers will submit all slacking progress in the ops app and ensure data entered is correct
Managing Waste Zone
Gatekeepers will be responsible for managing waste as it comes out throughout the week
Ensuring all weights and taken and submitted
Teaming up with FSQA to make sure all waste is disposed of properly and taken care of after documentation
Qualification
Required
General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED)
Computer skills (PC or laptop use, Microsoft Office, Basic Typing)
Strong math and counting skills
