They are seeking a Field Insulation Sales Manager to lead and grow their in-home insulation sales efforts while ensuring a high-quality customer experience from evaluation through installation.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the field insulation sales team through coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback
Conduct in-home evaluations and close sales as needed to support team and revenue goals
Review proposals, pricing accuracy, and documentation for quality and consistency
Monitor lead flow, close rates, average ticket, and attachment performance
Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure scope accuracy and smooth job execution
Support interview process and ramp-up of new sales field members
Participate in weekly reporting, forecasting, and leadership meetings
Uphold company standards for professionalism, ethics, and customer care
Qualification
Required
3+ years of in-home or field sales experience in insulation, energy efficiency, or home services
Proven ability to motivate, develop, and hold sales professionals accountable
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Comfortable balancing individual production with team oversight
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to safely access attics and perform visual inspections
Preferred
Prior sales leadership, team lead, or coaching experience
Experience with CRM and digital quoting tools
