Responsibilities
Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and other special events
Introduce new products to customers and recommend items based on their needs
Answer questions related to merchandise and store policies
Process transactions accurately on the POS system
Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked with merchandise
Assist in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor
Operational tasks; inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs
Assist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table by tying their bracelets
Fulfill in-store custom orders by beading bracelets and contacting customers when complete
Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Qualification
Required
Customer Service Experience
Interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to be creative in terms of the beading table and capturing content
Problem-solving attitude
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Passion for learning and sharing LWP's core values, including positivity and kindness
Preferred
Retail Experience is preferred
