Responsibilities

Drive the overall client facing sales strategy for Mindlance at assigned clients - growth %
Work with the Regional Sales Manager and Operational Client Partner to build individual opportunities in each region of 200 initial buyers, working toward a Top 75 manager focus with Sales Manager
Establish and maintain all Executive Level Relationships within Technology, Digital, Professional LOBs
Drive partnership opportunities with region to drive “meet in the middle” strategy with dedicated AEs and RSMs
SSD- responsible for all C- suite and MD relationships, partner with region and determine who to own SVP
RSM- work with SSD on SVP and VP level relationships
AE- work with SSD and RSM on appropriate strategic relationship, when necessary, with a focus on Tactical Manager and VP level relationships
Responsible for positioning with client executives our staffing offering (variety of skill sets) and other service offerings such as Perm, SOW, Quintrix
Manage Project and Requirement Pipeline, along with individual Sales Managers and AEs to increase overall fill ratios through management of opportunities through lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management OR similar majors OR military experience OR 2-4 years of professional experience in Sales (management experience preferred/ not required)
Minimum of 5+ years of successful B2B outside sales and a track record of exceeding quotas
Minimum of 5+ years of successful account management, working with MSP and decision makers
Experience in Staff Aug. or other service-oriented sales, within the IT space is highly preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character are must
A desire to learn is needed and excellent presentation skills

Preferred market is Charlotte, North Carolina. May look at other markets (NJ or VA) for this hire
