Responsibilities

Create and execute routing plans for purchase orders from suppliers to Ace distribution centers

Track and trace to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of purchase orders

Coordinate special transportation needs and provide customer service for all stakeholders

Update TMS (Transportation Management System) for vendor and carrier compliance and accuracy

Utilize Power BI tools and data to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Seek out opportunities to improve existing processes

Qualification

Ability to multi-task and stay organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and interest in Ace Hardware and logistics

Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday for 12 weeks

Willingness and ability to give presentations to colleagues, managers and directors

Experience using Microsoft Excel
