Qualification
Required
3–5 years IT/Networking experience or Bachelor's degree
Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
Windows/Linux OS, firewalls, switches, backups, antivirus
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, VMware, or Microsoft
Strong documentation and customer communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tickets and work in shifts
Preferred
NOC experience
VoIP technologies
Knowledge of network cabling and topology
