Experience Level: mid to expert level
5+ years of dedicated DC Experience Required. Team will be handling troubleshooting of large GPU deployments inside an enterprise DC environment
Strong understanding of fiber optic cabling, splicing, and testing
Familiarity with structured cabling standards and physical layer validation
Fiber validation
Ability to follow and improve upon existing SOPs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
Qualification

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
