Build high-quality React/TypeScript interfaces for viewing, editing, and overriding AI-generated workflows
Design backend systems that support secure execution, stateful workflows, and large-scale document ingestion
Build feedback loops that turn user interactions into structured signals for improving the AI
Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure

Cringes at clunky UIs or inefficient backend queries
Has good intuition for how humans should interact with complex systems
Cares about building tools that feel polished, calm, and serious
Built complex, interactive web products (editors, internal tools, canvases)
Early or founding engineer at a YC-backed company
Experience shipping production software used by technical users
Technical founder at a VC-backed startup
