Responsibilities
Manage provider data and credentialing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support Health Plan / HPN Projects, assisting with provider enrollments, updates, and assignments
Handle various special projects related to health plan IDs and operational improvements
Utilize Excel for data entry and tracking, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting
Assist with employment verifications and audits as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and data entry abilities
Proficiency in Excel, basic medical terminology, and data entry
