Responsibilities
Set and drive design direction for product collections within specific dimensions
Actively engage in the creative process and maintain effective communication across teams
Present design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timely project completion
Collaborate with key partners to align on project goals and deliverables
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers
Qualification
Required
Expert-level industrial design experience in the footwear industry, with a focus on innovation and materials
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
Proficient in project management, capable of navigating complex design processes independently
Advanced digital design skills, including proficiency in Creative Suite and 3D tools
Mastery in presentation, communication, and the creative process from concept to manufacturing
8+ years of design experience, preferably in a corporate footwear environment
Familiarity with creative culture and consumer insights
Preferred
Associate Degree preferred, but not required
