Responsibilities
Partner with founders and leaders on strategic and operational initiatives
Run operational reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Support the talent function across hiring strategy, processes, and special projects
Help grow the company’s community and brand through events, partnerships, and content
Take ownership of new priorities as they emerge and drive them to impact
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, VC, or early-stage startups
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and clear communication
Relationship-builder who works well across technical and non-technical teams
Highly organized, able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
High-ownership mindset with a bias toward action
