Responsibilities
Act as the senior escalation point for servers, networks, and cloud systems
Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
Configure and manage switches, firewalls, routers, and VPNs
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016–2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
Perform proactive monitoring, backups, and performance optimization
Lead and contribute to projects such as migrations, upgrades, and network improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Windows System Administration experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
Proven experience managing networking devices and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS)
Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing role
