The Direct to Film Operator will be responsible for printing, cutting, weeding, and packaging digital products while operating light printing machinery and assisting in various departmental tasks.

Good verbal communication skills

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8 - 10 hours during each shift, bend, and kneel as necessary

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment

Quality-minded

Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed

A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills
