Responsibilities
Sell goods and provide a positive customer experience primarily via phone, chat, or email, but may also engage with customers on the retail selling floor
Record the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions
Perform one-off deliveries to support the customer relationship
Generate leads continually for the outside sales team
Demonstrate excellence consistently and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree, or equivalent experience; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
Minimum 6 months working for the Company in any capacity, or
Minimum of 1 year experience elsewhere within a sales role
