Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs during weekend shifts
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
Qualification
Required
Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio
Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
