Responsibilities

Drive residential customer engagement and brand loyalty through dynamic customer engagement and sales interactions
Execute strategic sales to achieve and exceed outreach and sales metrics
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AT&T products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions by actively listening to their needs, questions, and requests
Work with customers directly to manage their accounts, set up devices, and be a part of their full cellular sales cycle
Collaborate with Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate team members to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
