Responsibilities
Manage the full procurement lifecycle for medium to high-risk categories, including developing and issuing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and leading proposal evaluations and contract awards
Partner with stakeholders to align requirements and support category plans that improve efficiency, reduce costs, mitigate risk, and foster innovation
Negotiate complex contracts, evaluate suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Risk Management to minimize exposure
Maintain strong supplier relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
Analyze spend data and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and mentor other procurement professionals
Occasionally participate in pilot programs or proof-of-concept initiatives to support emerging technologies and strategies
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain
Strong experience negotiating software contracts
Proven ability to run full lifecycle RFPs from cradle to grave
Advanced redlining skills – comfortable redlining all Terms & Conditions
Preferred
Experience with Ariba
Experience negotiating AI contracts
