Sales Executive/Legal
LHH is a leading staffing organization focused on legal business in Los Angeles, seeking driven sales executives to join their expanding non-attorney search and staffing team. The Sales Executive will work with law firms and corporate clients to meet sales goals through strategic business development and account expansion.
Responsibilities
Drive market growth through strategic business development and account expansion
Develop new accounts through outside sales activities and relationship-driven outreach
Sell staffing solutions spanning temporary, direct-hire, and legal project services
Meet/exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Log all sales activities in our company CRM in real time
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience in legal staffing solutions and/or document review services
Energized by building client relationships and developing new business
Love the pace of sales and consistently hit your goals
Excel at time management, organization, and follow-through
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Personable, competitive, and client-focused demeanor
