Law Practice
Responsibilities
Represent clients in various legal matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal counsel
Attend court appearances as required, representing clients effectively and professionally
Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases
Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing clear, concise legal advice
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients
Maintain accurate and organized client files and case documentation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM degree from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing Bar license in New York bar
Work authorization in the United States is mandatory
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for clients' best interests
Preferred
Prior experience in immigration law is a plus
Experience in other areas of law practice is also preferred
Bilingual proficiency in any language, but not a must
