Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze inventory variances across all selling channels (retail, e-commerce and wholesale)
Conducts root cause analysis for mis shipments, variances, receipt errors and system discrepancies
Partners with Retail leadership to ensure consistent inventory levels to support business needs
Maintain consistent reporting cadences on inventory health, trends and exceptions
Supports cycle count, physical inventory and/or exception-based audit programs
Ensure data integrity between various systems that integrate company inventory
Verify compliance with inventory procedures, documentation standards and audit expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
2-4+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, retail operations or related analytical roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualizations tools
Experience with WMS or other inventory management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and problem-solving ability
