Responsibilities
Track shift production KPIs, attendance, performance, and shift training
Complete and review employee timecards, training documentation, skill assessments, and other paperwork
Supervise production activities and maintain paperwork and records
Maintain a good working environment and adhere to DOL for shop cleanliness
Distribute machining personnel according to production priorities
Perform risk assessments
Educate, instruct, and support production personnel
Follow all Bocar US safety policies/procedures and report any unsafe conditions or hazards to proper personnel
Other duties associated with leading a team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in aluminum die casting and 2+ years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have a manufacturing production background
Must be available to work different shifts and overtime as required
Willingness to learn new concepts is essential
Must be resourceful and have the ability to provide clear and analytical thinking and problem-solve
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
English required
Preferred
B.S. in Business or related preferred
Languages: bi-lingual considered a plus
