Marketing Data Analytics Specialist
Nurp is a company that builds smart trading algorithms to help individuals trade more effectively across various markets. They are seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to oversee the accuracy, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance data, ensuring that the entire marketing funnel is measured with precision to inform strategy and growth.

Responsibilities
Track and analyze core marketing KPIs, including but not limited to lead generation, funnel progression, conversion rates, CAC, and CPL
Work with our IT team to build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and marketing teams on Power BI, HubSpot, and more
Deliver clear, actionable insights that shape campaigns and overall marketing strategy
Audit, troubleshoot, and ensure accurate tracking across all marketing data reporting
Partner with campaign managers and sales teams to align data reporting with growth objectives
Conduct deep-dive performance analyses to uncover opportunities and risks across the funnel
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or BI
Solid understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
Detail-oriented and take pride in organization
Experience translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Availability during the US business hours (9AM EST TO 6PM EST)
Preferred
Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
Marketing automation & CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Analytics
Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus
