They are seeking an Intern for their Centralized Leasing Operations Team to streamline leasing operations and deliver actionable insights to leadership during a focused project.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Leaders: Engage directly with property management and regional leadership teams to gather insights and align on operational goals
Analyze & Optimize Processes: Review existing leasing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and consistency across properties. Analyze and improve property budgets
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver updates to leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Final Presentation: Develop and present a comprehensive summary of findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders at the end of the project
Local Travel: During the first two weeks, travel locally within Nashville (up to 25%) to visit properties and meet with on-site teams

Required

Candidates must be rising juniors or seniors (expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027) at the time of the internship
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Highly organized with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
