They are seeking a Senior Founding Engineer to lead the technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, implementation, and delivery of user-facing products (dashboard, real-time voice AI, support tooling)
Write high-quality, production-grade TypeScript across the stack (Next.js, Bun)
Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
Collaborate directly with Product and Design to align on priorities and execute quickly
Partner with other pods to integrate intelligent features into the product experience
Drive engineering velocity while maintaining reliability and system health
Work closely with customers to translate their feedback into scalable product improvements
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience
Experience in TypeScript
Experience in low-level Node.js
Experience with Next.js
Experience with React
Experience with PostgreSQL
Ability to lead the architecture, implementation, and delivery of user-facing products
Ability to write high-quality, production-grade TypeScript across the stack
Ability to mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
Ability to collaborate directly with Product and Design to align on priorities and execute quickly
Ability to partner with other pods to integrate intelligent features into the product experience
Ability to drive engineering velocity while maintaining reliability and system health
Ability to work closely with customers to translate their feedback into scalable product improvements
Preferred
5+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack web applications
Experience leading projects or teams in fast-paced environments
Care about craft and speed (you can move quickly without compromising on quality)
