Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
2+ years in customer service field
Order entry experience

Intermediate-to-advanced computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to communicate and develop relationships with customers
Detail oriented
Able to multi-task
Ability to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the workday
Close visual acuity
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
