Project Manager – Landscape Architecture & Planning | Orlando, FL | Bohler

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary planning and site development projects, guiding work from early strategy through agency approvals and ensuring project direction and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Establish planning and landscape architecture direction on multidisciplinary projects
Manage the development of drawings, exhibits, calculations, and supporting materials
Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and staff utilization
Communicate with clients, internal teams, reviewing agencies, and project partners
Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and support construction administration
Lead client management, ensuring alignment, coordination, and satisfaction
Manage financial components, including contracts, budgets, and change orders
Prepare and review proposals, scopes, and fee structures
Contribute to business development through networking and relationship-building
Maintain visibility and leadership within civic, political, professional, and industry organizations
Develop and mentor staff through ongoing guidance, feedback, and performance discussions
Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards, expectations, and QA/QC processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning
10+ years of experience in private-sector landscape architecture and land development
Licensed Landscape Architect (ASLA) required
Expertise with AutoCAD (Civil3D), Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and SketchUp
Strong capability in budgets, contracts, and project financial management
Ability to manage multiple teams, deadlines, and fast-paced project demands
Clear, confident written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
High energy, flexibility, and leadership in dynamic environments
Experience integrating and directing multidisciplinary design teams
