Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk - Entry Level

The Administrative Coordinator I will provide administrative support by managing medical documentation and ensuring accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and medical providers.

Responsibilities

Review all completed medical test documentation obtained by the Onsite technicians of the client’s employees for the sake of precision and accuracy
Input verified test information into varying databases and formats based on the clients’ request and specifications
Ensure the Administrative Coordinator III is aware of any issues or concerns regarding the documentation provided by the Onsite Technicians
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all document processing, data entry, and reporting
Utilize time management skills to provide clients with their documentation within their requested response time frame
Respond to clients, patients, and medical providers with exceptional customer service via all forms of communication and in a timely manner
Assist in billing clients for services using various processes and systems
Provide support to internal teams to achieve divisional performance targets
Perform all other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED is required
1 – 2 years minimum of MS Excel skills is required
1 – 2 years administrative support in an office environment is required
HIPAA Awareness is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive professional attitude
Ability to provide and/or receive constructive coaching and feedback during learning experiences
Ability to use office technology, equipment, and learn new administrative functions as assigned
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills

Preferred

Some college classes - preferred
1 – 2 years of medical office experience is preferred
