Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of construction and commercial litigation, including case strategy, complex research and drafting motions, conducting depositions, attending court conferences, arguing motions and communication with clients
Advise clients on intricate legal issues and finding innovative and practical solutions to resolve disputes efficiently

Required

Juris Doctorate degree from accredited US law school, admission to practice law in New York State

Experience conducting and defending depositions

Exceptional research, communication, and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and independent thinker
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic approaches to complex legal disputes

Preferred

Previous experience in construction law or commercial litigation is a significant advantage
