Handle all aspects of construction and commercial litigation, including case strategy, complex research and drafting motions, conducting depositions, attending court conferences, arguing motions and communication with clients

Advise clients on intricate legal issues and find innovative and practical solutions to resolve disputes efficiently

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctorate degree from accredited US law school, admission to practice law in New York State

Detail oriented and independent thinker

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic approaches to complex legal disputes
