Responsibilities
Take the reins in helping plan, organize, and execute high-impact technology projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish
Be the backbone of project logistics, ensuring all deliverables are on track and helping everyone stay focused on the finish line!
Proactively identify risks and brainstorm creative solutions to keep projects moving forward without missing a beat
Work hand-in-hand with team members to resolve issues quickly, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality
Step into a key communication role, ensuring all stakeholders—from project teams to executives—stay in the loop with clear and timely updates
Assist in creating and sharing engaging project reports, helping everyone see the big picture and track progress
Present your work, share insights, and make an impact by helping drive critical conversations that shape the direction of technology projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in technology and project management, particularly in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Willingness to learn and collaborate with others, while adapting to a dynamic work environment
Ability to track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate resources
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking progress, managing documents, and communicating project status
Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Possession of a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus, but not required
