Responsibilities

Manage retirement plan cash flow

Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection

Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy

Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week

Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously

Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources

Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing

Excellent problem-solving capability

Strong critical thinking

Basic scripting

Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established databases

Team player who can also be an independent contributor

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills sufficient to recognize and detect errors and offer resolution

Analyze retirement plan cash flow

Multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Efficiently manage time and resources to overcome quantitative and analytical challenges as they arise

Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization

Work under stress created by time deadlines and work volume fluctuations

Prepare and deliver clear, effective, and professional presentations

Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
