Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects
Coordinate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are on-site as needed
Maintain clear communication with homeowners, builders, GCs, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure they are met
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of work meets company and industry standards
Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and safety protocols
Valid driver's license
