Assist with installations, maintenance and repairs in residential homes
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and learn to offer efficient solutions
Ensure safety and code compliance in all work

Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Prior job stability
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proven job stability in prior roles
Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
