Responsibilities

Support key retail accounts by managing day-to-day order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment from receipt through delivery

Prepare and maintain line sheets, sales presentations, and showroom materials to support the sales team’s initiatives and internal planning

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned product categories and market trends to provide internal teams with insights for merchandising, production planning, and sales forecasting

Coordinate with Production, Design, and Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are accurately set up, samples are available when needed, and timelines are met

Manage product samples, including organizing, photographing, and sending them to buyers to support sales presentations and product review

Provide operational support to the sales team by reconciling order data, assisting with reporting, and ensuring processes align with both sales goals and production timelines
