Assist individuals in securing and maintaining employment by conducting interviews, developing job search strategies, and offering training
Work directly with employers to understand their needs
Recruit candidates for job opportunities
Provide excellent customer service to both employers and job seekers
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external partners
Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting to assess and connect candidates with suitable job opportunities
Experience in Training and coaching individuals to build skills and confidence for the workforce
Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment, splitting time between the office and remote work
Empathy and a passion for supporting individuals in their career journeys
Preferred
Prior experience in workforce development, human resources, or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
