Assist customers with empathy and professionalism via phone, email, and live chat
Guide clients through personalized wig consultations to find the right fit, style, and solution
Troubleshoot and solve product-related issues using smart, resourceful thinking
Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to track orders, product info, and customer data
Perform general office and administrative tasks that support daily operations
Maintain a calm, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude—even under pressure
Qualification
Required
Assist customers with empathy and professionalism via phone, email, and live chat
Guide clients through personalized wig consultations to find the right fit, style, and solution
Troubleshoot and solve product-related issues using smart, resourceful thinking
Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to track orders, product info, and customer data
Perform general office and administrative tasks that support daily operations
Maintain a calm, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude—even under pressure
Intelligent, thoughtful, and quick to learn new systems and processes
Experienced in customer service (minimum 2 years)
Empathetic and emotionally aware—especially in sensitive conversations
Tech-savvy and confident with spreadsheets and digital tools
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with or exposure to beauty, fashion, or hair products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and sound judgment
A proactive, can-do mindset and a desire to grow with a mission-driven company
Wig training or cosmetology background is a bonus—but not required
Interested in beauty, fashion, wigs, or hair care (a plus, not a must)
