Responsibilities

Work directly with our experienced healthcare teams, including other CNAs, Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Registered Nurses, and Dietitians to develop your skills and knowledge

Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to further your professional development

Engage with experts in the field and fellow interns to foster creativity and teamwork

Required

Must be 18 years old by the start of the program

Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution (undergraduate to graduate level)

Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license PRIOR to May 18, 2026

Available to work a rotating schedule (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends

Must be able to stand for 6+ hours per shift

Must be able to walk for 6+ hours per shift

Must be able to bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds

Must be able to reach and grasp

A drug screen and criminal background check are required

Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation

Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position

Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function
