Responsibilities

Lead PMO Strategy in the US: Drive project governance for the Global E-commerce tech team by establishing standardized frameworks, tools, and metrics. Oversee cross-functional dependencies, support efficient resource planning, and ensure project execution aligns with strategic business goals

Project Leadership & Delivery Management: Provide strategic guidance and support to project managers across teams. Foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, and serve as a key liaison to senior leaders to ensure transparency, accountability, and outcome-driven execution

Execution of Core Project Management Activities: Develop and maintain project schedules with clearly defined milestones. Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively remove blockers. Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a Scrum Master or Agile coach. Ensure the smooth and timely release of products and applications to market

Culture & Team Development: Promote and embody the team’s culture and values. Encourage a results-oriented, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices and support the growth of project management capabilities across the organization

Required

Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including 3+ years in a PMO or leadership role

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives from end to end, applying both strategic oversight and execution

Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams with potentially conflicting priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce, content commerce, or live-streaming platforms

Success managing global programs in large, matrixes, and dynamic organizations

Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable

Technical background or experience in software/technology organizations is a strong plus
