Responsibilities
Assist the Managers in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics
Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance
Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance
Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Preference for experience in Amazon and 3PL environments
