Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project operations
Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants on technical requirements
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
Support the development and tracking of project schedules and budgets
Monitor quality control, field activities, and ensure work is completed per plans and codes
Assist in procurement and delivery tracking of materials and equipment
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, meeting minutes, and logs
Attend project meetings and contribute technical input to problem-solving
Help ensure site safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices
Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
OSHA 30 Certification
EIT (Engineer in Training) or working toward PE license
LEED Accreditation or knowledge of sustainable building practices
