Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Ability to develop creative, practical solutions to complex design challenges
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
Commitment to contributing to a positive, supportive work environment
Preferred
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam passed and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
Personal vehicle and minimum required Oregon insurance for site visits
