Xendoo Online Accounting, Bookkeeping & Tax is seeking a Sales Account Executive who is motivated by helping small businesses succeed. In this role, you will connect with small business owners, providing them with bookkeeping and accounting solutions while building and cultivating relationships.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound consultations, conduct sales discovery and follow up with leads received through multiple channels

Support Xendoo onboarding team by preparing adequate documentation of customer business needs and providing information prior to customer onboarding calls

Assist operations and bookkeeping teams with customer experience, including but not limited to: escalated support requests and platform support

General Bookkeeping and Accounting knowledge

Preferred

Experience with small business

Google Suite proficiency- Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet

Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot

QuickBooks and Xero knowledge is a plus
