Responsibilities
Ship production features across the stack
Work in tight loops: build → test → measure → refine
Use AI tools daily (Cursor, Claude, etc.) and push them further; automate glue work, generate scaffolds, build evals, multiply your own output
Take ownership of outcomes, not tickets
Qualification
Required
Ability to own features end-to-end
Experience shipping fast with a focus on quality, clean architecture, solid tests, and good UI
Resourcefulness and persistence in problem-solving
Experience building products, open source projects, or side projects
Daily use of AI tools and a desire to improve that usage
Ability to think in systems and multipliers, not just tasks
Proficiency in backend technologies: Python, FastAPI, AWS
Proficiency in frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, Next.js
