They are seeking an experienced Director of Hosting/Co-Locating Crypto Mining Sales Partnerships to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships within the crypto mining industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business in crypto mining
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
Lead negotiations for energy procurement and colocation contracts
Lead client discovery, solution positioning, pricing negotiations and contract execution
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to Executive Team
Identify and engage prospective customers through industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings
Continuously update your knowledge of the BTC Mining/AI/HPC industry and its evolving needs to better serve clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales in colocation, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or a related field
Deep understanding of the crypto mining landscape
Strong network within the digital asset mining and communities
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Willing to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
